  Upgrade to Mac OSX 10.3.9. Downloaded and installed Fetch 5.0.4. Having trouble with shortcuts. Shortcut list missing when Fetch program is relaunched.

  What happens when you choose "Fetch Shortcuts" from the Window menu? Does a window appear?
