Stuck on Getting file list (3 posts)

    I am new to fetch and when I trry to log in to my server it says Getting file list and the dog starts running. Do I have a setting wrong? someone please help.

    The first thing I'd try is changing the setting of the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" checkbox in the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences. If that doesn't help could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu when you're stuck "Getting file list..." and post the contents?
