This may be a stupid question, but is it necessary to use Stuffit Expander in conjunction with Fetch?

Does Fetch have the ability to decode files transferred via a Unix server or does it have to hand those files off to Stuffit to decode?

Fetch has built-in support for MacBinary, BinHex and AppleSingle decoding. For other formats you need StuffIt Expander or some alternative.
