    I've just changed Macs and dragged across everything I could see, but Fetch is now an unregistered copy and the FTP settings are populated with the default ones.

    I have several e-mail addresses, and I 'm not sure which one I used to regsiter a couple of years ago, so I can't request a resend of the serial number.

    Could you tell me which file(s) I've missed dragging across from the old Mac?

    I would recommend sending a note to serial at fetchsoftworks.com with your name and mailing address; I'll look up your serial number information in our records.
