  We purchased Fetch on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012 again this school year. Today teachers tried to login and could not. Please advise asap! Thanks.

  Hi,

  Is the problem that the serial number is not accepted by Fetch, or that the server is rejecting the password you enter?

  If it is the latter you should contact the server administrator to make sure you have the correct Hostname, Username and Password information.
