I'm very frustrated. Just downloaded Fetch as a trial and is my first time using this software.

I tried to upload to / and public_html

Fetch shows the folder I just upload in its console, but when I log on to my host "JustHost" cPanel, I can't find the folder in anywhere???

Help please... what am I doing wrong?

    Thank you

    Best regards

    Hi,

I think this is a question for your hosting provider.

It sounds like Fetch has uploaded the files successfully, but in a different folder than the one that the cpanel is showing to you. Since we're not familiar with your server's setup - every server's arrangement of folders and paths is different - it's very difficult for us to advise what the problem is, since we do not know how the server is setup nor do we have access to it to look at things.

The support people at your hosting provider will be familiar with how things are arranged, and should be able to figure out where the files you uploaded with Fetch have gone.

If after talking with them you are still having trouble with Fetch - or if they say that Fetch isn't doing what it's supposed to do - please let us know and we'll try to help.

    Thanks,

Thank you... oh yes they did (:

The folder overwrote my index page, consequently when you typed my web address you would get this page:

    http://flowplayer.org/demos/installation/index.html
(No need to go there, but if you're the curious type use your browser to come back here.)

It has been deleted and you can have access to most of the menu. The solution is to republish the site.

I cried so much, and also, have uninstalled Fetch.

    Regards,
