I am using 4.0 on a G4 mac using OS 9.01. I can connect to my ftp site and see all of the files. However, the folders are showing up as files and I get an error message "the system cannot find the file specified" when I try to open the folder.

It would be helpful to see the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you encounter this problem. Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to reveal the transcript.

    Thanks,

Looks like I figured it out. I unchecked a couple of preferences in the misc. section (including the use Type 1 to transfer binary files) and now I can connect and see files and folders.

    :D

    Thanks.
