Hello! We recently opened a new account for file transfer with iPower. The problem we are encountering is that the transfer will stall and eventually disconnect. The tech support folks said to attempt transfer when the server load is less?? Here is the transcript from this morning's attempt:

    Hi Lindsay,

We're sorry to hear you're having problems. From the transcript, it looks like it could be a problem with the server.

However, our first recommendation is to download and install the latest version of Fetch, version 5.2, and see if that works better.

It is a free upgrade for you, and it does fix some problems that people were having with stalls during downloads. You can download it from our home page:

    http://fetchsoftworks.com

Please let us know if it fixes the problem or not. If it doesn't, we will see if there's anything further we can do to help.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

Thanks very much for the suggestion. It took awhile for everyone in the office to make the upgrade to 5.2, but so far it seems to have done the trick. I really appreciate the help.
