I am not a computer guru type, please be kind. I went through this process as directed to kelsi07 and now Im not sure which one to deleat. Can you help? I have to get my updates done. It's killing my business.

    Hi Sarah,

    Sorry to hear you are having problems. However, we cannot give any advice without some further information.

    Which program are you using to create your website?

    Hi,

    We'd like some more information to help figure out what's going on.

    Could you tell us the address (URL) of your website?

    And could you please do the following?

    * Quit Fetch, if it's running.
    * Open Fetch again.
    * Connect to your server.
    * Go tot he View menu, and choose Refresh.
    * Then choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message.

    Thanks,

    Hello Scott,

    I am using an imac computer with iweb to creaate my website. The website is: http://www.iamprosharp.com.
    I am such a looser that I do not know where to find the place where I can choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu. I did sign on and have that screen on the fetch program.

    I did close and reopen fetch and I did connect to Safari to refresh. Is this what you were talking about? http://www.iamprosharp.com/iamprosharp/Welcome.html

    Hi Sarah,

    Thanks for the address of your website.

    The Window menu is one of Fetch's menus in the menu bar. When you click the Window menu, one of the options listed in the menu will be "Fetch Transcript." When you choose that item, a new window will appear.

    So let me try the instructions again:

    * Quit Fetch, if it's running.
    * Open Fetch again.
    * Connect to your server.
    * Click on the Fetch file list that appears.
    * Go to the View menu, and choose Refresh.
    * Go to the Window menu, and chose Fetch Transcript.
    * A new window titled "Fetch Transcript" will open.
    * Select all the text in the window, copy it (go to the Edit menu and choose Copy) and paste the text into a reply to this message.

    Thanks,
