    Hi Chuck,

If you click on the OK button in the error to dismiss the error, and then on the Cancel button in the New Connection dialog, you should be able to choose the transcript then.

Please let us know if you still cannot choose it after following these steps.

    Thanks,

Below is a copy of the transcrpt:

    Fetch 4.0.3 System 0x1039 Serial FETCH5X001-F3GE-CKAM TR
    Connecting to ftp.ascension.org port 21 (2/27/07 1:26:04 PM)

I have other instances of this in which the second line is repeated for each attempt.

    Thanks,
    Chuck

    Hi Chuck,

The problem is that server, ftp.ascension.org, is refusing FTP connections.

I tried on several computers, including a Windows computer, with a couple different clients besides Fetch. In all cases, the server refused the connection.

While the server does appear to be displaying web pages, it is not allowing FTP clients such as Fetch to talk to it.

You should contact the server maintainer to have them look into the problem.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi Chuck,

By the way, I see that I originally mispelled your name in my previous reply - I apologize, that was a typo, definitely not intentional! I've corrected it now.

    Best,
