Unable to open Fetch Application (3 posts)

    "The Application Fetch has unexpectedly quit" is the message that I get when I try to open Fetch 4.0.3. (Also version 4.0.2)
    I have MAC OSX 10.2.8.

    Originally purchased version 4.0.2 then upgraded from your site.
    Please advise on what to check to be able to open FETCH.

    I moved the three preferences into trash with the same results. Paul S.

    Another file you could try removing is com.fetchsoftworks.Fetch.plist. If that doesn't work I'd suggest running a test version of Fetch that would provide more information in the crash log to help me figure out what is going wrong.
