Upgrade from 3.03 to 5 (2 posts)

  I have successfully used Fetch 3.03 since 1999. I now wish to upgrade to Fetch 5. Can I upgrade directly from 3.03? Or must I upgrade to 4 first? If so, can I still download 4 from the Fetch website?

  There is no technical reason why you can't jump from Fetch 3 to Fetch 5, as long as you are running Mac OS X 10.2.4 or later (which is what Fetch 5 requires).

  If you started using Fetch 3.0.3 in 1999 you probably do not have a Fetch license from Fetch Softworks (which started business in 2001). If that's the case you will need to purchase a new license, as upgrade pricing is only available for licenses purchased from Fetch Softworks.
