Upload dial box not working (4 posts)

  When I try to upload to Fetch now that I am operating OS10.5.6, I get a dial box that won't browse. Every time I try to navigate to my site's folder, it reverts to my desktop folder. I then cannot exit the dialogue without quitting Fetch.

  I can drag folders directly over but am having trouble teaching myself this new trick and would prefer the dial box.

  Hi,

  In order to help, we'd like some more information, please.

  Just to clarify, is this problem happening when you click the Put button?

  Did you just upgrade to Mac OS X 10.5.6? If so, which version of Mac OS X were you using before?

  And which version of Fetch are you using?

  Yes. once I push the Put button which brings up the dial box (or Browse window) comes up. The window is also dimmed in an usual way.

  Using Fetch 5.3. Was using on OS 10.4.11 (presumably also Fetch 5.3) and upgraded directly to 10.5.6.

  Misbehaves on both iMac (PPC) and MacBook Pro (Intel).
