Uploaded but still no web page (2 posts)

    Question from a newbie...I am uploading first web site. All files seem to be loaded OK in Fetch, but nothing happening on website? What have I not done?

    One possibility is that the files were uploaded to the wrong directory on the server; some service providers want you to upload into a directory named "public_html", or "www", or "httpdocs", or something similiar.

    If that does not help could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after you upload a file and post the contents? Also, it might help to know the URL of your web page.
