  Why is the size of an uploaded image decreased? Original 48KB upload 17.46KB?

  Hi Edward,

  Fetch does not compress or make any changes to images when uploading or downloading them; Fetch does not include any capability to do that, even optionally.

  The compression must be happening elsewhere, perhaps as a result of something in your production process, or something the server is doing.

  We can try to help figure out where the problem lies, but it is not with Fetch.
