Uploading file and it stalls (2 posts)

  I'm attempting to upload a 531MB Quicktime file and twice it has stalled at 37.9MB's.

  I'm uploading from a Mac PowerPC G5 w/OSX 10.4.9 and using Fetch 5.0.4.

  Does anyone have any idea why the upload is stalling?

  Hi Kevin,

  Usually when a file stalls at exactly the same place every time you try to upload it, that means that you are out of space in your account on the server.

  So the first thing I would do is check and make sure that you have space on the server for a 531 MB file.

  If that doesn't seem to be the problem, please try updating to Fetch 5.2, and see if that helps. Fetch 5.2 is a free update for you, and you can get it by choosing Check for Update from the Fetch menu.

  If neither of these suggestions help, let us know and we'll investigate further.
