  I am trying to put a file up in the FTP window. The message I receive reads, "Fetch could not create the folder "Rehearsal images" because the FTP server sent an unexpected reponse. Check the Fetch Transcript window for more into. Server responded: Rehearsal: Permission denied." The transcript window reads there is no such file or directory. I have a file of photographs that reads "Rehearsal Images." Why is it not reading the file?

  It might help for me to see the entire contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see this error. But from what you've described it sounds like the server is saying you don't have permission to create folders in that location on the server.
