    Hello!

    I'm curious. The employee of ours using fetch (In North Carolina) is using Mac OS 9.2.2 and supposedly uploading in Automatic and Passive mode. He's telling me that uploads are going very slow and they'll stop and resume over and over. Is this an internet connection problem or the software? He also said he's using 4.0.3

    Usually slow and broken uploads are caused by a problem with the network connection between the Mac running Fetch and the server. The quickest way to tell whether that's the case is to try a different FTP program on the same Mac; if it's a network problem it will affect the other program as well.
