I'm new to this so bare with me...

I use Verio to host my site and I'm attempting to load an iWeb page to the site. I can get the folders onto the server but they land in a general folder called All Files. I then have to manually move each folder to my ht.docs folder.

Is there away to direct Fetch to place the upload into my ht.docs folder - otherwise I'm looking at constantly having to manually move each item which is tedious.

    thanks - jp

    Hi,

Yes, you should be able to upload directly to your ht.docs folder.

When you connect to the server with Fetch, do you see the ht.docs folder listed in the Fetch file list? If so, just double-click on the ht.docs folder to display its contents in the Fetch file list. Then any files you Put or drag to that window will upload directly to the ht.docs folder.

If you don't see it listed, you may have to go to the parent folder to find it (use the Path pop-up button to go to the parent folder).

Once you've located the ht.docs folder in Fetch, you can create a shortcut so that you can connect directly to it. When the ht.docs folder is on-screen, choose Shortcuts > New Shortcut. Once you've created the shortcut, you can access it in the New Connection dialog using the Shortucts pop-up menu (the one with a heart icon).

Let us know if this helps. Thanks,
