  Is there a way to use fetch so that a customer can upload a file to my website? He is currently using Windows 7 so I doubt it but worth asking. Any help appreciated.

  Fetch does not run on Windows, so it won't work for your situation. You might have the customer use WS_FTP from Ipswitch; they can save 20% with the Fetch20 coupon code.

  On your end you would want to talk to your web hosting provider to allow FTP or SFTP uploads to your account.
