  Gentlemen: I had my computer operated on the other day. In the process they erased my Fetch 5.6. Now when I use it they say that I have to buy a new one, which I don't that is fair.

  You certainly do not need to pay again! Please fill out the lost serial number form at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/serial and we will send you your serial number so you can use Fetch 5.6 without paying again.
