A very nice person gave me a login to his server. The only problem is that I can’t connect. He gave me his ftp address: “xx.xx.xx.xx port 167” I am on an iMac and I use Transmit for my ftp connections. Does anyone with Mac experience know what I am doing wrong? Should I install Fetch? If so, how do I specify port 167? Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If you are using Fetch you can click the triangle in the New Connection window to reveal the "Non-standard port" field; that's where you'd enter "167".
