What text editor can edit files on the server? (2 posts)

  I am wondering what are some text editors and photo editors that can edit files on the server?
  I would like to be able to make minor changes while on-line without having to downlaod the file, change it, then upload it again.

  Hi,

  Some of the text editors that support the Fetch Edit command are: BBEdit, TextWrangler, Smultron, SubEthaEdit, TextMate, CSSEdit, Page Spinner, skEdit, Tag, and Tex-Edit Plus. There are few others, but they are old and no longer maintained.

  The only graphics editor that supports the Fetch Edit command is GraphicConverter.
