    This was probably discussed in the past, although I do not see such a topic in the recent feedback. I would like to have an option to toggle between having a single window for each site and having a single window for each displayed directory.

    You can sort-of do that by choosing "Anarchie emulation mode" from the Obscure Options pop-up menu in the Misc. section of Preferences. In that mode Fetch will generate a new shortcut list window for each directory you visit.
