Hi All - upgraded my iMac to OS 10.6.5 recently, and haven't had reason to use Fetch (5.2.1) since then, now it simply won't start up. I guess this must be related. Not being able to start up, I can't retrieve the Serial Number but I definitely purchased the product, a couple of years back. So do I downloard

    Hi,

Some older versions of Fetch, including Fetch 5.2.1, are not compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 and will not open on it.

    You have two options.

You can upgrade to the newest version, Fetch 5.6, for US $10; Fetch 5.6 includes changes to take advantage of Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard together with many other new features. You can learn what's new in Fetch 5.6 by visiting <http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/update/info/fetch-5.6> .

I have sent you an email containing your serial number and a link to purchase the upgrade; if you do not receive the email, let us know.

Or you can download Fetch 5.3.1 at no charge, and your existing serial number will work with it. Fetch 5.3.1 works with Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, but has no specific improvements for the new Mac OS X. You can download it using this link:

Please let us know if you have further questions or problems.

    Thanks,
