  whenever i try to upload a file that is over ~1mb, i get a message saying the "SFTP server says a command failed". what am i doing wrong, and why is it only on larger files?

  The next time you receive the error, could you please post the contents of the Fetch transcript? That may help us identify the problem.

  To do this, choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu, copy the contents, and post them here.

  Also please let us know what kind of connection you're using - are you using telephone dial-up, DSL, a cable modem, or something else?
