My wife purchased Fetch 5.7 today from the website today. After she downloaded the disk image and installed the app, she tried to run it. However, MacOS Sierra (10.12.1) responded with the message, "“Fetch” is damaged and can’t be opened." The only option is to click on the 'Cancel' button.

    How is this resolved?

    Thank you,
    Charles

    Hi,

I get this sort of report from time to time. My first suggestion is to restart the Mac, and then try downloading a fresh copy of Fetch from

    http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/latest

Please let me know if that does not solve the problem.

    Thanks,

p.s. I would also upgrade to Sierra 10.12.2, which fixes a macOS bug that affects the Fetch Put dialog.
