It sounds like you don't have network access to this server, and that Explorer can reach it through a web proxy server. Is that possible?
Thanks,

Previously using 3.0.1 able to communicate up and down with server at work to transfer graphic files etc. Using ver 4 gives -3220 error or "no host by that name" error. Accessing the server by Explorer shows the server name to be he same as I use for Fetch. Using Explorer, I can download files but cannot upload them. Fetch, even 3.0.1, no longer works and gives me the -3220 error. Any suggestions for a snowed in researcher?
