What version of Fetch are you using? You might try removing Fetch Prefs, Fetch Shortcuts and Fetch Cache from your Library/Preferences folder, and then running Fetch.
Thanks,

I am using 4.0.2. I removed the Prefs, Shortcuts, and Cache from my Library/Preferences folder, but Fetch unexpectedly quit again. Could something else be getting in the way?
Thank you.

So Fetch quits even if you delete those files before running it?
I would recommend contacting the help desk at Yale. The fact that your copy started with special shortcuts suggests that it's a special installation.
Thanks,

When I connect to any of the shortcuts already in Fetch (they are all Yale ftp sites--I'm not sure why they're already there), the program quits. And when I try to create a new shortcut, I don't see KClient. I need kerberized connection to connect to the Yale network. Any suggestions?
