We agree that the upgrade process could be a lot better, and we're working on that. What you downloaded is a trial copy, but it will see that you had a license for 4.0.2 and use that serial number automatically. It will also automatically use your existing shortcuts and preferences.
Thanks,

I am trying to upgrade from Fetch 4.0.2 to 4.0.3. I used the "Check for Updates" feature, provided all my contact info, and was told I was getting a "trial version" which I think is confusing. Then the download appeared to happen followed by... nothing. I used the Mac OS "Find" command to find the downloaded file on my hard drive in a folder called "eSellerate downloads." How was I supposed to know to look there? And now it's unclear how to get all my shortcuts, preferences, etc. from my copy of 4.0.2. This is a great product, but the upgrade process could be documented a LOT better.
