Hi,
Which version of Fetch were you upgrading from?
Your shortcuts may not be gone for good - more recent versions of Fetch store shortcuts in a new file, but the shortcuts from the old version remain in the old file.
Fetch 5.1.1b1 is older than Fetch 5.2.1, so it is not better; you should use Fetch 5.2.1.
Please let us know which version of Fetch you were upgrading from, and we will try to help recover your shortcuts.
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

I was using 5.1 and upgraded to 5.2.1 then noticed my shortcuts were missing, I read some of the posts here and tried the suggestion of downloading and using 5.1.1b1 to recover the old shortcuts but that didn't work.
The weird part is 5.2.1 did transfer the 5 most recent just not any of the others
thanks for the help

Hi,
Fetch may have run into a problem upgrading the 6th shortcut, which is why you see only 5.
If you could please send your shortcuts file to us, we will see if we can recover your other shortcuts, and try to figure out why the shortcuts were not upgraded successfully. To do this:
* Quit Fetch.
* Choose "Home" from the Go menu in the Finder.
* Open the Library folder.
* Open the Preferences folder.
* Find the com.fetchsoftworks.Fetch.Shortcuts.plist file.Please email that file, along with a short description of your problem, to us at:
bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com
Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience.

I just downloaded the 5.2.1 update and only a few of my shortcuts were transferred to the new fetch. It looks like only the 5 most recent ones show up in both the recent connections and shortcuts window. I tried downloading the 5.1.1b1 and still get the same list of 5. Looks like the 50 others are gone for good...not sure what happened
