5.7.3 won't launch on Mac OS 10.7.5 (2 posts)

  Hi, I purchased Fetch awhile ago and it has been working perfectly until a few days ago. Version 5.7.3 won't launch on Mac OS 10.7.5 - at all. It doesn't quit, it simply won't open. Please help.

  Hi,

  Thanks for contacting us. There may be information on why Fetch isn't opening in the Fetch.log file. To find that file:

  1) Choose Go to Folder… from the Go menu in the Finder
  2) Enter:

  ~/Library/com.fetchsoftworks.Fetch/Logs

  and click Go

  You can send us that file at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback . We'll take a look and see what we can figure out.
