A very basic fetch question... (2 posts)

    When I open fetch, a dialog box comes up asking for my host, my user ID, and password.

    Am I supposed to enter that information for my host site? As far as I know, I haven't been issued a Fetch user ID and password. So, I'm assuming I enter my user ID and password for my host, flexihostings.

    Am I correct?

    No apology necessary!

    You're right, Fetch is asking for information about your server account at your web hosting provider. Fetch will connect to the server name you put in the Host field, and identify you using the User ID and Password information.
