    Why do I get "ACCESS IS DENIED" after I drag & drop a JPG on to the Fetch transfer window, which shows my web page?

    Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you get this error? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to reveal that window.
