Could you say exactly what menu command you are using to create the shortcut, and what information you are entering? There are a number of ways to create shortcuts, and I want to make sure I understand what you are doing.
Thanks,

Hello Jim...
Long time user upgrading from 3.0.3 so I dont have to run OS9. Currently running OS 10.2.8...
I dont seem to be able to save shortcuts. I save to Library/Preferences but never show up there. The shortcut name shows on shortcut list, but the connection box is empty and shows Notice: there is no server by that name. I keep reading the instructions, doing the same thing, and expecting different results.
Any ideas?
