  Hello!
  I have downloaded Fetch 5.6 for OS X and in the same way, I've just fill in the gaps online for Fetch 5.6 for Education on your website after downloading. Then i'am waiting for a serial number. Do i wait a long time your confirmation by mail ? or do you apply a verification process for my Institute (INRA, from France -research/government-) and then the delay is a normal thing ?
