  How do you setup Fetch 4.0.3 to automatically send an email when you drop a file in someones ftp site?

  Hi,

  Sorry, there is no built-in feature to do this with Fetch.

  You could write an AppleScript droplet that would upload a file and send an email; while we have some example AppleScripts on our website which might be helpful for seeing how to AppleScript Fetch, we don't have one specifically for sending emails.

  (With Mac OS X 10.4 and later, an email application that supports Automator - such as Apple's Mail - and Fetch 5, you could create an Automator workflow to do this fairly easily. Not all email clients support Automator, though.)
