You could run an AppleScript that checks once a minute to see if a particular file has changed, and uploads it when it has. I've added such a script, called Upload File When Changed, to our collection of Fetch 5 example scripts. You can download them from http://fetchsoftworks.com/FetchExampleScripts.sitx

Awesome, Jim, thanks. The only thing I'm worried about is the CPU usage expended. I try that out and monitor it.
Gratefully,

I have a question about automating uploads. I'm in a different position than the users in the other posts that wanted to upload once a day with a droplet. I've got a log file on my computer that is updated on average every minute or so. The log file is a current song file for a radio station. I'd like to upload this file each time the file changes to let visitors to my webpage know what is playing. My radio station software (MegaSeg) says I can do this with a combination of folder-actions and an ftp software. Any ideas on how I can make this go with Fetch?
Thanks,
Hendree
