I want to reimage my mac and was hoping there is an easy way to back up my shortcuts and passwords to import after I reinstall fetch.

    Hi,

I would use the Save a Copy as… command in the File menu to back up your shortcuts. After you re-image your Mac you can open that file and drag the shortcuts to the Fetch Softworks window.

To backup your passwords you want to save the login.keychain file in ~/Library/Keychains.

    Thanks,
