Hi,
Are you getting an error in Fetch when you try to upload, or is Fetch uploading the files successfully, but your new website does not work when you go to your website's address?
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

It is uploading but nothing is happening. The site says error 404. Godaddy says that the file needs to be directed to momentumgraffix.com/rapid or momentumgraffix/rapid not sure which. I have done this three time in the past year and every time I am told a different way to do it. I don't do this often enough to remember exactly how to do it.

Hi,
The most likely explanation is that your files have not been uploaded to quite the right place - the trick, of course, is figuring out what the right place is.
Are you trying to host multiple websites and domains in one account, or do you just have one website and domain?
We may be able to give you advice if you just have one website, but we are not familiar enough with how GoDaddy handles multiple domains in one account to give useful advice.
Thanks,

I have two domains and one hosting account(momentumgraffix). I have done this before and I don't understand why it is different every time. On the first screen of Fetch there are two folders on that says momentumgraffix and the other rapid. Godaddy created the rapid folder. I need the site I am taking about to go into the rapid folder. When I go into that folder and "put" it in there the site goes but the site does not come up on the web. I get the Error 404 message. Is this a fetch, golive, or godaddy problem.? Godaddy says everything is right on there end. If I knew exactly how to do this I would do more websites but I have had nothing but problems.

Hi,
If you could provide the following information, I can try to look into the problem and see if I have any advice for you.
What is the address (URL) of the website?
And could you please do the following?
* Quit Fetch, if it's running.
* Open Fetch again.
* Connect to your server.
* Open the "rapid" folder.
* Go to the View menu, and choose Refresh.
* Go to the Window menu, and choose Fetch Transcript.
* Copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message.Thanks,
Scott McGuire

I have been using GoLive for several years now. I have just revised my sites and I am trying to upload them. I have a hosting account through godaddy. I cannot figure out how to upload them again. I have called godaddy and everything is set up correct there and I have put and deleted files several times. Can anyone help me?
