Hi,
Could you please clarify... are you seeing this error when you try to connect with Fetch, or when you try to open the address in a web browser?
If you are getting the error with Fetch, after you try to connect and you get the error message, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the contents of the transcript window, and paste them here? We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

Hey.. right. getting an error (As everyone else is)
"An error occured opening that folder on the FTP server. Make sure you have permission to access that folder"
Details: A connection with the server could not be established.
Now, this happenes when i put the address into a normal web browser. But when i use an ftp client it all goes well, and i get in. I have unchecked "use passive ftp" and i have checked "enable folder view on ftp sites"
any ideas.
thanks
