    I've uploaded all my files but they're only viewable under Internet Explorer. How can I make them accessible to all browser expecially Netscape?

    Making a site compatible with multiple browsers is something that should be addressed by your web design software. The software you use to upload the files (i.e. Fetch) shouldn't have any effect.
