Im still using Fetch 4.0.1 and have fetch chewing up 80%f my cpu

Does Fetch busy-wait in the "New Connection" window?
On 10.0.3, my mouse slows to a crawl when the "New Connection" window is up. A "top -u" shows that Fetch 4.0 is continually taking ~63% of the CPU, with Window Manager taking another 25%. When I close that window, both drop to near zero.
