Connecting to ftp, I do connect, but can not see the file, yet I can see it by going in through explorer. Have tried "refresh file list", makes no difference. Suggestions?

What is the name of the file you don't see in Fetch?

    Thanks,

Actually any file; the ftp is updated with a new folder containing aiff audio files and we can't even see the folder....except as I mentioned, through explorer, then we get to the folder and can download the audio files that are in it.

My best guess is that you aren't looking in the right place. Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after looking for the missing folder, and the URL you use to see it in Explorer?

    Thanks,

I've used fetch many other times without issue, but in this case the URL used is ftp://our user name: our password @ the ip address of the ftp server ? This is the method that is getting me to our folder and files, while fetch is not ??

That URL should work in Fetch. Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you connect and refresh the file list? Also, could you post the contents of the Internet Explorer window and the URL in IE's Address field?

    Thanks,
