Fetch generally sends data as quickly as the network connection lets it. The numbers that Fetch gives for transfer rates are in bytes per second; if you are getting 24Kbytes/sec that's a very good rate even for broadband (most broadband connections offer faster downloads than uploads). If you're only getting 24Kbits/sec that's good for dial-up and so-so for satellite but poor for other broadband links.

Hi,
How do I boost the data transfer rate?
Currently it is only transferring @ 24kbps/s. I need to upload to my ftp site several videos for my client to approve... each are approx. 80MBs ( compressed down from 12 GBs).
Any advice is appreciated!
