Er... can I use the command line to move files?

I know about dragging and dropping up and down directories, but I have file I want move to "remote" directories i.e. up a couple of folders then across, then down a couple, if you see what I mean.

    cheers

Yes, you would do that using the Rename command in the Remote menu. For example, to move the file myfile.txt up a couple folders and then down a couple you'd rename it to something like:

    ../../subdir1/subdir2/myfile.txt

Each "../" goes up a level.

    Thanks,
