Yes, you would do that using the Rename command in the Remote menu. For example, to move the file myfile.txt up a couple folders and then down a couple you'd rename it to something like:
../../subdir1/subdir2/myfile.txt
Each "../" goes up a level.

Er... can I use the command line to move files?
I know about dragging and dropping up and down directories, but I have file I want move to "remote" directories i.e. up a couple of folders then across, then down a couple, if you see what I mean.
