can not connect but have been for years

I have been using fetch for years on the same computer. Two days ago I was not able to connect and received the following message: "SFTP connection to "x" could not be opened because the connection to the SFTP server found not be established or was lost. Try again, or contact the server administrator to verify that you have the correct hostname…" I contacted my server administrator who was able to log in on his machine. I re-downloaded Fetch and received the same message. I also re-downloaded Fetch on another computer and still received the same message which makes me think it is not on my end. Any ideas Fetch world?

Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after you get this error message and send me the window contents at https://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback ? I'll take a look and let you know what I figure out.
