Hi,
Here's what I would try:
* Drag the Fetch.dmg disk image that you currently have to the Trash.
* Restart the computer.
* Download a new copy of the disk image from our website, http://fetchsoftworks.com .
* Try opening the new one.Please let us know if that fixes the problem or not.

Reason- not recognized
What shall I do please?
