can see file but cant get! (2 posts)

    Hi I can see a file on a clients ftp site but when I go to get file, it says no such file or directory....i am not going through a firewall or anything ....any ideas??

    Can you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you get the error? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to reveal the window.
