    I run Fetch 5.0.1 on OS X 10.4.7.
I often encounter an error with opening newly uploaded folders or files, but then I am able to delete them again with using 'Send FTP Commands' (DELE and RMD). But now I'm stuck, I can't remove a folder (called 'gallery') at all.

    On delete:
Requested item is not a folder or could not be accessed.
    PWD
    257 "/public/sites/www.xxx.com/afolder"

    On FTP command RMD:
FTP server sent un unexpected response
    RMD gallery
    550 Remove directory operation failed.
    ftp_cmd/ftp_user: -30000 (state == QUOTE_CMD)
    PWD
    257 "/public/sites/www.www.com/afolder"
    TYPE A
    200 Switching to ASCII mode.
    PASV
    227 Entering Passive Mode (81,4,97,144,50,237)
    LIST -al

    drwxr-xr-x 2 45801 45888 48 Nov 27 11:35 media
    drwxr-xr-x 5 45801 45888 496 Nov 27 09:26 plugins
    drwxr-xr-x 4 45801 45888 96 Nov 27 08:23 themes
    226 Directory send OK.

    What to do?

Thank you for your swift reply Scott. For security reasons I sent an email.

By the way, despite this small recent trouble, I think Fetch is an e-x-c-e-l-l-e-n-t program, and I have been using it since day one.

    Hi,

First, I would try the latest version of Fetch, version 5.1.1, and see if it works any better for you.

If not, for problems like this, it's helpful for us to see the entire transcript - from opening the connection to the problem - unchanged. If you do not feel comfortable posting the unedited transcript to a public message board, please send a short description of the problem, and the entire transcript, to:

    Thanks,
